Our Story
Rooted in a lifelong connection to the game, Hover Greens was built from both experience and curiosity. Founder Luke Murnane grew up around golf and deepened that passion through the University of Maryland’s turfgrass program, where support from the Maryland State Golf Association helped shape both his path and perspective.
Through hands-on experience at Caves Valley Golf Club and exposure to the science behind putting surfaces, the idea for Hover Greens was born—combining technical knowledge with a simple question: what if practice surfaces could truly replicate the game?
Today, Hover Greens continues to build on that foundation, creating innovative training tools designed to help golfers practice with purpose and improve with confidence.
